HOW DIFFERENT CAN A SANDBAG TRULY BE?
Unlike traditional sandbags, Barrier Force systems are a series of pentagon-shaped bags sloped on one side, vertical on the other, open at the top, and connected side by side like an accordion.
WHY WE'RE BETTER
Barrier Force protective barriers use a set of pentagonal cells attached to each other in hundred-foot chains. And because each cell's weight is more than twice the pressure of the water pressing against it, moving the chain is virtually impossible.
In June 2014, after four successful years as co-inventors and foundational partners with TrapBag, AmeriGlobe, LLC announced its exit from the partnership. In the four years as partners in TrapBag, we realized significant growth, product development, and were able to deploy miles of barriers to protect communities and critical infrastructures.
During our participation in the partnership, we developed and jointly patented several innovative product designs, established a global marketing footprint and developed multiple new applications for flexible barriers.
